From January 19th to June 9th 2019 Palazzo Matinengo of Brescia will house the art exhibition „Gli Animali nell’Arte dal Rinascimento a Ceruti”. The extraordinary venue which is very uncommon for its originality, will show how animals have been represented in arts from the Renaissance to nowdays.
It is a great occasion to see lively about hundreds works coming from prestigious galleries and museums. The artists have portrayed animals as a metaphor of life giving them a particular allure.
Bertozzi & Casoni will be part of the exposition with several sculptures among them “Nulla è come appare” three mirrors, one flat, one concave and one convex – it wants to be a reflection on the perception of reality, multiform, variable, impregnable.
